Storage Tips
Section titled “Storage Tips”- Refrigerate unwashed kale wrapped loosely in a damp paper towel.
- Use within 5–7 days for best texture and flavor.
- Blanch and freeze for longer storage — great for soups and smoothies.
Cooking Ideas
Section titled “Cooking Ideas”- Kale chips — toss with olive oil and salt; bake at 300°F until crisp.
- Kale salad — massage with lemon juice and olive oil to soften; top with nuts and cheese.
- Sautéed kale — cook with garlic and a splash of broth or white wine.
